How refills work
Two ways to keep your tank full.
Most customers let monitoring do the work. Others prefer to order when they choose. Either way, it’s flexible.
Monitored top-ups
Your tank’s level is monitored remotely, so we can see when gas is getting low and plan a top-up before it becomes a problem. You don’t have to check the gauge or remember to call.
Order when you like
Prefer to manage it yourself? Call 01759 371 305, email us, or leave an order on our voicemail if no one can answer. We’ll confirm your delivery.
Either way, you get flexible top-ups at no extra cost, delivered by our own team from our depot near York.

Not if your tank is remotely monitored. We can see your levels and plan top-ups. You can still order whenever you like.
No. Remote monitoring and flexible top-ups are included at no extra cost for our bulk customers.
Yes. Leave your order on our voicemail or email info@rectorygassupplies.co.uk and we’ll pick it up when the office opens.
Not usually, as long as we can safely reach the tank. Tell us about access arrangements.
