Manufacturing and LPG

When gas stops, so does the line.

For manufacturers, gas isn’t a utility you think about. It is part of the process, and running out means downtime.

LPG gives manufacturers controllable, clean-burning heat without a mains gas connection. It powers process equipment, heats large buildings and runs forklift trucks indoors.

We supply bulk LPG from remotely monitored tanks, and forklift and process cylinders on regular deliveries, so production planning doesn’t have to include gas.

Everything we do is carried out according to LGUK Codes of Practice, by highly trained staff and engineers.

Industrial challenges

What we help manufacturers avoid.

Downtime

An empty tank or missing forklift cylinder can halt production.

How we help: Monitored tanks and planned cylinder deliveries keep gas ahead of demand.

Shift patterns

Multi-shift sites use gas around the clock.

How we help: We plan deliveries around your shifts and access windows.

Compliance

LPG storage on industrial sites needs proper siting and protection.

How we help: Tanks sited to LGUK Codes of Practice; advice on cylinder storage.

Growth

Expanding production changes gas demand.

How we help: We review your supply as you grow and adjust tanks and deliveries.

Forklift gas

Forklift cylinders on a steady pattern.

LPG forklifts are popular for indoor and outdoor work because they refuel quickly and don’t need recharging time. They use dedicated forklift truck (FLT) cylinders, which are designed to be mounted on the truck.

Tell us how many trucks and shifts you run, and we’ll set up regular deliveries with empties collected. See commercial cylinders and cylinder sizes.
