Delivery overview

Deliveries by our own team.

Since Ted Milner started the business in 1988, Rectory has grown by word of mouth, and reliable deliveries are a big part of why.

Our yellow tankers go out from Sparrow Hall, Scrayingham, to farms, factories, venues and sites across the area. Because we’re local, we get to know your site, your access and how your business uses gas.

  • Remotely monitored tanks so deliveries can be planned ahead
  • Flexible top-ups at no extra cost
  • Order by phone, email or voicemail whenever you need to
  • Deliveries carried out according to LGUK Codes of Practice

Send us your site postcode and we’ll confirm whether we can supply you. Areas we cover.

Site access

Making sure we can reach you.

A tanker needs a suitable route and somewhere to stand within reach of your tank. Before your first delivery we’ll check:

  • The route onto your site, including gates, height limits and turning space
  • Where the tanker can stand while delivering
  • The ground surface and any seasonal issues, such as wet farm tracks
  • Times to avoid, such as school runs, deliveries or busy service

If anything changes, just let us know.
